The purpose of this blog is to help me get fit, lose weight and complete a marathon with 30 weeks training. I want to get down to a 32" waist and 12 st in weight. I am currently 38" waist and 14st. I feel that public ridicule and scrutiny from my friends and people who know me, will be the best motivation possible for me as I'm super competitive and do not like 'losing face'!

Throbber
Day 3: Woke up with a throbbing and very painful left foot today. Doesn't seem to be any reason for it. A tad gutted to be honest. I'm blaming it on the extra timber I'm carrying putting strain on things after the wee run yesterday. Or, could be The Gout back......took some anti-inflamitory's, so fingers crossed.
